Mobile World Congress 2013 – Greek pavillion opening

The Greek pavillion started operating at GSMA Mobile World Congress 2013 in Barcelona today.

It is the first time that Greece is represented by a national stand, where 10 companies-members of the Hellenic Association of Mobile Application Companies are exhibiting their products and services within the stand and 15 companies are members of the Greek delegation team.

This year, over 6.500 companies are exhibiting and a number of more than 70.000 visitors are expected to participate at the world’s biggest digital communication congress and exhibition.

Leonidas Kanellos, President of the National Telecommunications and Post Commission, Thanasis Paliatsos and Ioanna Samprakou representing the Ministry of Development, George Stefanopoulos, President of the Greek Mobile Operators Association, and many representatives enhanced this first presence.

Costis Papadimitrakopoulos, Chairman, Marco Veremis, Vice-Chairman, and Yiannis Kotsis-Giannarakis, General Manager, welcomed the visitors on behalf of HAMAC.
